Highland Heating and Air has proudly served the community since 1979, establishing a strong commitment to providing outstanding HVAC services for both residential and commercial clients. Since Andy Tench took ownership in 2016, we have continued to enhance our reputation for reliability and quality. Today, we are dedicated to ensure comfort and efficiency for all of our clients.

Highland Heating and Air is proud to be a family-owned business. Led by Andy Tench and supported by his wife, Brittany, and their four children—Landon, Lanie, Lakely, and Lathan—we are dedicated to the values of trust, integrity, and community commitment that have been the foundation of our company since 1979.

Meet The Team

Andy Tench

Owner

Andy has been the owner of Highland Heating and Air since 2016. Andy spends most of his time in the field running service calls and helping the install crews. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and spending time with his family.

Brittany Tench

Dispatch/Scheduler

Brittany has been with Highland Heating and Air since 2016. She is responsible for ensuring our customers are serviced in a timely manner as well as arranging our install crews. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her family and friends.

Landon Tench

IT/Installer

Landon has been with Highland Heating and Air for 4 years. He is responsible for all of our IT and is sometimes in the field. He is currently studying Biology at the University of North Georgia. He loves spending time with his girlfriend and family.

Mia Shedd

Marketing

Mia has been with Highland Heating and Air for 2 years. She is responsible for all of our marketing and advertising. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family. She plans to go on to study education.

Lanie Tench

Company Apparel

Lanie has been with Highland Heating and Air for 1 year. She is responsible for making our company uniforms. She is currently a student and in her free time, she likes hanging out with her friends.

Wesley Samples

Installer/Service Tech

Wesley has been with Highland Heating and Air for 4 years. He is responsible for servicing systems as well as installing new ones. In his free time he likes to fish.

David Rogers

Installer

David has been with Highland Heating and Air for 3 years. He is responsible for installing new systems in homes and businesses. In his free time, he loves to hunt and fish.

James Anderson

Installer/Service Tech

James has been with Highland Heating and Air for 1 year. He is responsible for making sure your systems are functioning right as well as installing new ones. In his free time, he likes to hunt and fish.

Nathan Vermeer

Installer

Nathan is currently in training as an installer and service tech. He is a student studying commercial construction management. In his free time, he likes to hike, workout, and spend time with family and friends.

Ethan Mote

Installer

Ethan is currently training to join our install team. He is a full time student and in his free time he likes to play basketball as well as hang out with family and friends.

Brandy Roger

Bookkeeping

Brandy has been with Highland Heating and Air for 3 years. She is responsible for handling all of our bookkeeping and part ordering. In her free time she loves doing puzzles and spending time with her family.
